Each Year, prior to the Minster Oktoberfest, students of Minster Local School District in Preschool through Third Grade participate in the Minster Oktoberfest Coloring Contest.  The children are asked to color an Oktoberfest themed design, where winners are selected by guest judges. All pictures are put on display throughout Oktoberfest weekend at the F.J. Stallo Library.
